Gabriela Cruz, a Mexican psychotherapist and entrepreneur, was traveling with her boyfriend (now husband) when she mentioned wanting a quiche. In the noise and bustle of the terminal, he thought she'd called him a "handsome quiche." They both burst out laughing—and in that moment of joy, something clicked.
